Hubs & jewelry dies can be made in cad-cam for cost savings in the simpler designs, for the better, portrait-like designs the best way is to sculpt a clay model or create in software as an stl file. Then we can either import or 3D scan and cut with the CNC or engrave with our Janvier.
We have three CNC mills including a Haas office mill and two automatic Janvier die sinking machines with high speed precision spindles used for this also. With these methods we can bring outstanding detail and quality to even the smallest jewelry piece.
